Owner/Operator
A co-founder and previous Operations Director of Focus Hemp Co, Michael has extensive experience in hemp extraction, CBD consumer goods manufacturing and logistics operations.
Prior to working with Focus Hemp Co, Michael worked in corporate relocation, building the strong foundation of customer service, organization and program management.
His passion for the cannabis industry combined with professionalism is what separates him apart from most. Being part of this ever changing industry and helping others at the same time is the ultimate dream come true.
Caitlyn Smith
President
Caitlyn brings to the team her leadership, integrity and vision of helping everyone feel better and just doing good. She is an everyday user of all cannabinoids, yogi and plant lover. She believes that plants do harness power to help heal as she has experience herself.
Caitlyn graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in Writing and Public Relations. She worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance for 7 years, managing an extensive client portfolio and developing her career.
In 2021, she gave up her career to join the Pharm family and help spread love from coast to coast through the products of hardworking hemp farmers.
